If you are having trouble listening through our player, we recommend running through our handy checklist to see if you can identify the problem. If this doesn't get you listening, it will provide us with a bit more information to try to help you.
Check that your computer or amplifier is not set to 'mute' and that the volume is turned up. If you are not sure, see if you can hear system sounds or audio from other applications.
If you are using external speakers or headphones, check that they are working and plugged in correctly.
Our player requires JavaScript. Make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser (it should be by default). If you have more than one web browser on your computer, it can also help to try listening in each of them.
If you are still experiencing problems, send us an email. In order for us to help you as quickly as possible, your email should explain what you are seeing on your screen, including any error messages. It also helps us if you include information about the type of computer you are using, the operating system and web browser.
