Alex Spencer burst onto the scene in the spring, making waves with his debut single, 'A Night To Waste,' released under the hit-making indie label, Modern Sky. The eventful year for Spencer, encompassing exams, leaving school, gigging, and multiple releases, culminates in a triumphant support slot for Jamie Webster at a SOLD OUT O2 Victoria Warehouse on Saturday, November 18, followed by a celebratory night headlining his home city’s ornate Deaf Institute venue on Friday, November 24.
The debut EP, 'One Step Forward,' showcases Spencer's youthful take on life, infused with sounds inspired by long-term musical loves, including Sam Fender and Arctic Monkeys.
