A perfect blend of dark electronic pop, LYRA’s creativity manifests itself in songs, stories and art. Her love of vocal talents such as Kate Bush, Lykke Li and Bat for Lashes is obvious: part vintage, part contemporary, she exudes a sense of being free from the constraints of time and era. LYRA’s Rupert Christie (Kate Bush, Coldplay, Aurora) produced debut EP ‘W.I.L.D’ was self-released to critical acclaim and over a million streams on Spotify.
LYRA has spent the past year honing her sound, writing with the likes of Phil Cook (Birdy, Ellie Goulding), Carey Willetts (Dermot Kennedy) and Braque (Rag N Bone Man, Bastille) She recently supported Dermot Kennedy on tour and played with James Bay at the Live At The Marquee in Cork.
